Families doing Disneyland and Parc Astérix on the same trip soon discover that nothing links the two: you would have to go into Paris, take the RER B to CDG, then the park's own shuttle. Three hours each way, for seventy kilometres.

The road, on the other hand, is simple: the Francilienne, the A1, the park exit. We often run it first thing for opening, with a return late in the afternoon, or as a car by the day when the family would rather not watch the clock.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often

Is there a shuttle between Disneyland and Parc Astérix?
No. The official Parc Astérix shuttle leaves from the Carrousel du Louvre and from Roissy airport, never from Marne-la-Vallée. From Disneyland the only public transport option runs through Paris or through CDG, and takes two to three hours.
How long does the taxi journey take?
Between 55 minutes and 1 hr 10 depending on the hour, by the A104 then the A1. In the morning allow extra for the approach to Roissy, where the motorway loads heavily between 7am and 9am.
Can the driver stay on site all day?
Yes, as a car by the day. For a theme park it is usually the simplest arrangement: you are not watching the clock and you leave when you are ready, including after closing time.
