Seven Disney hotels, one set of fares

Taxi Disneyland Paris hotels ↔ airports

Every hotel on the resort has its own set-down point, its own access rules and its own hours of gridlock. We know them because we drive through several times a day — and the fare itself does not move from one hotel to the next.

Set down at the door: no shuttle, no connection, no cases to drag.

A taxi between Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and any Disneyland Paris hotel costs €99 for the whole vehicle, up to four passengers in the saloon or eight in the van. From Orly it is €129, from Le Bourget €87 and from Beauvais-Tillé €279. The fare is identical for the seven Disney hotels and for the Val de France partner hotels, since the distance to the airports varies by less than three kilometres from one to another.

One page per hotel

Hotel by hotel

Meeting point, access constraints, the departure time we advise: each hotel has its own page.

🏨

Disneyland Hotel

The hotel that straddles the park entrance: our cars set down under the porte-cochère, thirty seconds from the turnstiles.

🏨

Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel

Conferences, seminars and Marvel-loving families: the most business-minded hotel on the resort, and the one that generates the most early-morning runs to CDG.

Fares and set-down point →
🏨

Disney Newport Bay Club

The largest hotel on the resort: 1,093 rooms, and a set-down queue that is often solid on a Sunday morning.

🏨

Disney Sequoia Lodge

American lodge atmosphere and a wooded drive set back from the lake: a calm set-down point, as long as you aim for the right entrance.

Disney Hotel Cheyenne

A western village of many buildings: reception is the only dependable meeting point, never the block your room is in.

Disney Hotel Santa Fe

The most affordable Disney hotel, and the furthest from the parks on foot: here an airport transfer often replaces a crowded shuttle.

Disney Davy Crockett Ranch

The one Disney property with no internal shuttle: without a car of your own, a taxi is not a comfort here but a necessity.

Explorers, Dream Castle, Magic Circus, Radisson Blu, Marriott's Village, Villages Nature, Adagio Val d'Europe: all served at the same fare.

Why the set-down point matters more than the fare

On an airport transfer to Disneyland Paris the price does not change from one hotel to another. What changes is what happens when you arrive: a porte-cochère at the Disneyland Hotel, a pedestrian street at the Cheyenne, a forecourt jammed solid on Sunday morning at the Newport Bay, a woodland estate with no shuttle at the Davy Crockett Ranch. A driver discovering the place for the first time leaves the meter running; a driver who passes through daily puts you down in the right spot first time.

What the hotel shuttle does not do

The shuttles run to the airport on fixed departures, charge per person and call at several hotels before yours. For a lone traveller with hand luggage they are unbeatable. As soon as there are three of you, with hold baggage and a tired child, the arithmetic turns over: the taxi costs roughly the same, arrives an hour earlier and stops outside your own lobby.

Arriving at the airport: how we find you

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, past customs, with a board showing your name. He follows your flight in real time, so a delay — even of three hours — changes neither the price nor the pick-up. There is no rank to queue in with a trolley, no app to download and no fare to discover at the end.

And for the run back to the airport

We work the departure time back from your check-in deadline rather than from take-off, and add the margin the morning traffic on the A4 deserves. For a morning flight from Roissy that generally means leaving the hotel about three hours before departure; for Beauvais it often means leaving before 4am.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often

Is the fare really the same for all the Disney hotels?
Yes. The seven Disney hotels and the Val de France partner hotels sit within a four-kilometre radius of one another. The difference in distance to Roissy is under three kilometres, and we would rather publish one legible set of fares than gaps of two euros that nobody can explain.
Do I need to give a room number when booking?
No, but we do need the hotel and sometimes the building. At the Cheyenne and the Sequoia Lodge, where accommodation is spread over many buildings, the meeting point matters far more than the room number — and it is always reception or the main entrance.
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes, for as long as it takes and at no extra charge. The flight number you give when booking is tracked in real time, and the driver reports at the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one.
Can you take us between two hotels on the resort?
Yes. A journey within the area falls under the minimum pick-up charge of €30, which covers the first ten kilometres — that is, the whole of Val d'Europe from Chessy to Bailly-Romainvilliers.
Do you have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
We look at each request individually: tell us the type of chair, folding or powered, and how many people are travelling with you, so that we can commit the right vehicle.
Are child seats provided?
Yes, free of charge, from infant carriers to booster cushions. Give us the age and weight of each child and the seat is fitted before you arrive.

A flight to plan?

Give us your flight number and your address: you have the price within the minute.
